Returns Policy

Our Policy

Every item we sell is a unique historic collectable (an aircraft, a component, a vehicle, or a piece of film memorabilia), often decades or more old. Because of this, we operate a no-returns policy: once a sale is agreed, it is final.

We know that's a firm position, which is why we put the emphasis on getting it right before you buy, not after.

Be Sure Before You Buy

We strongly encourage all buyers to ask questions before committing to a purchase. We are happy to provide additional photographs, documentation, condition reports, or arrange a viewing in person at our premises in Tetsworth, Oxfordshire.

If you have any doubts about an item's condition, provenance, or suitability, please raise them before purchase. We're always glad to advise, and taking time to ask questions upfront is the best way to ensure you're happy with what you're buying.

If an Item Arrives Materially Different

If an item arrives materially different from how it was described (for example, undisclosed damage or a significant discrepancy in condition), please contact us within 14 days of receipt (or collection).
